All of our accessories are hand made by Maddie so with that in mind, our lead time is 2-3 weeks from your order date. This means your item will ship no more than exactly 3 weeks after your order date.

Pyjamas are ready to ship and will ship 1-2 days after your order.

For custom devices such as laptops, tablets and e-readers just email info@ophistudios.co.uk and we can get a custom order sorted for you.

We advise hand wash in cold water if required. Some items with contrasting lining may need a colour catcher. Do not tumble dry.

For the tote bags specifically, make sure the base is flat when drying to avoid it being creased or wonky. The base will go a little soft when wet so make sure to lay it flat.

Please note some stains such as makeup may be difficult to remove and Ophi Studios are not liable for any damage caused when washing.

This is absolutely something we can do. We are able to embroider simple designs at a maximum size of 4x4 inches. Please email info@ophistudios.co.uk and we can work together to create your custom order.
